  This is supposed to be a gated community. But the front gate is always broken. Always. You can just drive right in. The dumpster is always overflowed especially on the weekends. You would think they would have two dumpster for the community. They need to put on in the back. This is just common sense. If you have a stalker or something they can just drive into your complex. The rent for this place needs to be lower since they dont care

  was there for few months , here the summary -
  1.OLD 1980's aprt., smell like old mension
  2. lot of noise from top floor because of old flooring .
  3. very less or once a month cleaning ..
  4. people drive car , inside housing society at high speed
  5. lots of bug , insect
  6. near to Verizon office is plus for few .
  7. unusual high charges when you leave the aprt .
  8. no play area for toddlers .
  9. no use of society both gate , they keep it remain open in noon timing for all :)
  10 . office staff is good .
  11. very old carpet
